Llinos – World Events Manager

Llinos Llinos is Kevin’s daughter, and has joined Kevin in the business first working as assistant to the Lettings Manager and then Assistant to the Events manager. She has since worked her way up learning the different facets of the Businesses and is now the World Events Manager, a key role in the development of the KGW Brand.

Llinos attended University in Bath, where she gained a 2:1 in Business Management and Media Communications, which has been incredibly helpful in her roles since.

As well as working full time as World Events manager for Kevin, Llinos’s business acumen has come to the fore, as she realised very early on in her career that she needs more than one income stream to achieve her goals. She decided to followed Kevin into property development, investing in partnership with her brother, buying derelict or run down properties, developing them into affordable 1st time buyer homes and selling them on at a set profit margin. This business plan is proving very successful.

In her spare time, Llinos loves to cook, she has plans to eventually start her own restaurant, which will serve mouth-watering, nutritious yet delicious meals to recipes which she has developed. Llinos has recently undertaken her Level 3 in food and Hygiene and this will allow her to follow this third business opportunity in the very near future. Until the restaurant is open, she continues to create new and delicious meals which she regularly brings into the office and makes The Property and Operations Manager extremely jealous – this gains good feedback before the business really gets going.
